We sit on your side of the table: independent, commercially focused, and accountable for outcomes
The energy transition is reshaping how the system works. For the first time, large energy users and asset owners are recognised as an integral part of the energy system, with real influence over cost, risk and value. This has created a broader set of opportunities than ever before, for those who know how to navigate them.
A problem that kept repeating
EnergiForge was founded by Jed Durdin after more than a decade of working across the energy sector with large energy users and asset owners. The same challenges appeared again and again:
- Fragmented advice from multiple specialists
- Decisions made without a complete commercial picture
- Strategies that looked good on paper but failed to deliver on site
- No single party accountable for the full outcome
These issues existed long before the current transition. The difference now is that the cost of getting it wrong, and the value of getting it right, has increased significantly.
Built to close the gap
EnergiForge was created to solve that persistent problem.
Most providers still operate in silos. They optimise for their own domain: the solar system, the contract, the mechanical upgrade, the network connection. Each piece may be competent, but no single party owns the interaction between them. Value is left on the table.
We built something different. The platform brings rare depth across energy markets, behind-the-meter solutions and distribution networks, all under one independent roof. Because these capabilities sit together, we can stack disciplines rather than treat them as separate projects. That is what makes a genuinely integrated energy strategy possible.
The result is advice that is commercially coherent from first analysis through to proven performance, with a single party accountable for the outcome.
The breadth that makes integration possible
Our mission
We exist to provide the real support that large energy users and asset owners need to monetise energy. Not simply to reduce costs or meet compliance, but to treat energy as a strategic lever that improves returns, reduces risk and strengthens asset value.
